Shipping

We offer global shipping from our location in France, with only a few exceptions for certain countries. All shipments include tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.

Order Processing Time

We strive to ship orders within 24 business hours. However, during periods of high order volume or when stock availability needs to be confirmed, order processing may occasionally take a few extra days.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Additional customs taxes or duties may be charged when your order arrives in its destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are generally applicable to international and Canadian shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or refund, please contact contact@club911air.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, along with the order confirmation email and a photo of the packing slip from your package. 

For exchanges, the customer will cover reshipping costs after the returned item has been received and processed.

Refunds

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
